This Channel 5 logo is the ident for the distributors of the video, published in 1986. 11 years later came the real Channel 5! Channel 5 Video were bought-out by Polygram Video in the early 90's.

Finally, so far I found this ident from 1990, taken after the merger of BSB and Sky.

maybe you could start separate sections for "BBC1 and "BBC2" just like you did for ITV, four and five
